I started off working in Front Line Services for Charitable Organisations and progressed further into Team Leadership and Management Roles; which incuded Project Development, Quality Management (Contracts, Commissioning and Supply Managment).

Although I enjoyed my job with good pay, I aways felt that eventually starting a Business was the best option for me. I also felt restricted during my professioal career to be creative within my role due to administrative demands and high volume of paper work which seemed never ending. This left me feeling limited in my capacity to be able to spend more time providing direct support to my Team and in helping Small Business Owners to improve their services. We trapped in firefighting and resolving issues, most of the time.

I started to dream more about having a flexible lifestyle, where I could be able to work from anywhere and be location independent. I wanted the flexibility to be able to be creative and to support clients in the community to solve problems by offering them solutions they were looking for.

I was daunted and overwhelmed by the idea of starting my own business more stratch. I shelved my Business Plan numeous, because I did not have the confidence or a clear vision about what I wanted to do exactly.

The only thing I knew was that I didn't want to create a brick and mortar business or to deal with physical products. I also wanted the flexibility to be able to travel to visit my family in the U.S. and Canada. As a result, I created a 3 year career exist strategy.

Unfortunatey, I fell short of the third year of my career exit plan. I became chronicaly ill with Fibromyalgia and decided as a result to leave my 9-5pm career. During the 3 year period, I had also experienced two sudden losses of my dad and consequently my younger sister. I had to make drastic changes, which forced me to put my health and well-being first. These life challenging events also gave me a different perspective to life and how precious it was.

Fortunately, before leaving my job, I started attending Business and Professional Networking Events and completing Online Training in Digital and Internet Marketing during my spare time. One Event, changed my life and I have never looked back since then.

This opportunity, gave me insight into what was possible with the Online Home Business Industry, especially being able to intially leverage off existing business systems without having to create my own products from scratch. My life vision started to feel more realistic, as this opportunity enabled me the flexibility to work from anywhere along with being able to travel and spend more time with my family.
